Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee Municipal Water and Wastewater Construction operations at the group level in Jacksonville, FL. You will drive profit, schedule adherence, quality and safety, while recruiting and developing construction personnel including Project Directors.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with 10+ years in industrial water/wastewater facilities and strong management of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Water/Wastewater facility construction, design, or management preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction industry and company operations.
• Extensive experience in management of construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Municipal Water & Wastewater Construction operations at the group level to ensure profit, schedule, quality and safety.
• Recruit, hire, project assignment, and development of construction personnel including Project Directors.
• Review cost reporting and enforce cost controls; manage subcontractor insurance and bonding.
• Direct timely completion and close-out of projects; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Train and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
