Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years minimum in construction management required.
• Ability to work independently, manage time wisely and prioritize tasks.
• Requires 50%+ travel.
• Experience in mentoring and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist project directors in responding to RFP's and preparing estimates.
• Monitor design document progress and provide constructability input.
• Prepare detailed estimates and cost control systems.
• Manage project cost control and invoicing.
• Coordinate with governing authorities for permits.
• Maintain submittal control and manage client relations.

Skills

Knowledge in the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater facilities

Excellent sales and customer relationship skills

Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Self-motivated

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent
