Job summary

Consor is seeking a Water/Wastewater Process Design Engineer to lead engineering tasks for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will evaluate treatment processes, model hydraulics, size equipment, and prepare plans and specs for projects with a focus on sustainable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of water and wastewater process engineering experience.
• PE license is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and review process and facility design documents, calculations, specifications, and construction plans for water and wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
• Apply design codes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables.
• Perform hydraulic and process modeling, flow analyses, mass balances, and system performance evaluations.
• Coordinate design activities with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulators to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project managers, including cost estimates and risk assessments.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for performance improvements and long-term asset management.
