Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager for Water/Wastewater in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role leads multi‑discipline teams on multi‑million dollar water projects, ensuring scope delivery, schedule and budget adherence.

The position offers hybrid or flexible work after initial onboarding, with opportunities to engage with the Water/Wastewater leadership team and expand the company’s infrastructure solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• PE License required.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• Technical experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts, marketing and client engagements.
• Develop market strategies, proposals, budgets and contracts for opportunities.
• Oversee project performance, scheduling, cost control and safety compliance.
• Staff and mentor project teams, ensuring staffing and talent development.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and startup activities across teams.
