Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager for water/wastewater infrastructure projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage EPC/Service scopes, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role supports flexible/hybrid work after an initial period and requires strong client engagement and staff development. Preferred qualifications include a PE license and 10+ years of program/project management experience in relevant facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years program/project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small EPC/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering, procurement, and construction scope; ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide staffing for the project and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities with third parties.
• Report on project performance and manage budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
