Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi‑million dollar water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities, manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery on time and on budget.

As part of a global employee‑owned team, you will mentor staff, develop project plans, and align with safety, quality and contractual goals while navigating complex teams and third‑party partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years program/project management experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment and civil design.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small EPC/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of engineering, procurement, and construction scope, including safety, cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Provide successful staffing for the project.
• Lead small teams of multi‑disciplined professionals.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, procurement, construction, and startup teams and third‑party contributors.
