Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• 10+ years program/project management experience.
• Technical experience in water and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with assigned clients and promote Black & Veatch through client activities.
• Develop overall market business plan and client engagement strategies.
• Budgeting, invoicing and payments; lead project performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop assigned professionals; identify and develop new candidates.
