Job summary

Ardurra in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Assistant Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams on municipal water and wastewater projects. The role involves designing, planning, cost estimation, and coordinating with clients and regulators to deliver robust water infrastructure solutions.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 4–10 years of relevant experience, and a Professional Engineer license (Tennessee license a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental or related engineering discipline.
• 4–10 years progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater/public works.
• Professional Engineer license is required; Tennessee license a plus.
• Experience managing production and treatment projects and water distribution modeling preferred.
• Advanced understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater collection/treatment principles and regulations.
• Ability to lead project teams and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water/wastewater systems or manage a team to do so.
• Provide responses to RFQs and assist with teaming opportunities.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants for multi-discipline projects.
• Create, calibrate, modify, and perform hydraulic modeling for water and wastewater systems and communicate results.
