Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Birmingham, Alabama team. This role leads, staffs, and manages all aspects of water/wastewater projects, supervising team members, guiding budgets and schedules, and ensuring QA/QC compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 15+ years of municipal water/wastewater experience, and preferably a Professional Engineer license, with strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental or other related Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in the municipal water/wastewater field of engineering.
Professional Engineer's license is preferred.
Advanced understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater collection/treatment principles and state regulations is preferred.
Ability to lead or assist a project team to completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Lead, staff, and manage all aspects of the clients' projects, supervising all team members with clear guidance on responsibilities, budgets, and schedules.
Provide QA/QC guidance for the project and manage multiple design consultants for detailed designs and permitting plans.
