Job summary

Ardurra Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Water Utilities Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, a TN PE license within 6 months, 4+ years of design and management experience, and strong skills in hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, budgeting, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in TN or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 4+ years of water and wastewater project design and management.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling, pipeline design, pump station design, and treatment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with public agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning to construction completion.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for water systems.
• Coordinate with public utilities and regulatory agencies for compliance.
• Provide leadership on scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and align project goals.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts; support business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative environment.
