Job summary

Ardurra Group is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The role involves planning, designing, and managing multidiscipline water/wastewater projects for municipal clients in the Tennessee region.

The candidate should have a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited) and 8+ years in the field, with a Tennessee PE being a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in the municipal water/wastewater and/or public works field of engineering is preferred.
Professional Engineer license in the state of Tennessee is a plus.
Experience in managing production and treatment projects and water distribution/wastewater collection modeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water/wastewater systems.
Provide responses to RFQs and assist with teaming opportunities.
Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants required for multi-discipline projects.
Create, calibrate, modify hydraulic modeling and interpret results.
Perform business development duties with current and potential clients.
