Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of essential water infrastructure projects across California. The role involves coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, with opportunities for leadership and business development.

Qualifications

4+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
California PE license required.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specs, and construction documents.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-effective solutions meeting objectives and schedules.
Manage project tasks to meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct analyses, evaluate alternatives, and provide design recommendations.
Review plans and documents to ensure compliance with codes and quality procedures.
Support construction-phase services, RFIs, shop drawings, and site visits.
Collaborate with senior managers to develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
Mentor junior engineers and expand your own project management responsibilities.
