Consor is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to lead design and delivery of essential water infrastructure across California. You will work with PMs, specialists, and cross-functional teams on treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and distribution systems.

Expect to mentor staff and grow into leadership roles while delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Position offers flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, in-office) from California locations such as

• Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering field required.
• Minimum 4 years in water and wastewater projects.
• California PE license required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare design calculations, plans and specifications for municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Coordinate deliverables across design and construction phases with clients and agencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and EITs, and develop project scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Support client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review plans for codes, standards, and quality procedures; ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide engineering analyses and recommendations for project planning and implementation.
