Candidates should hold an engineering or construction management degree and have three years of experience directing and delivering construction projects, including finances.

The role emphasizes collaboration with owners, design, and construction teams and expertise in MEP scopes of work.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management required.
• Three years of experience in direction, completion, and financial outcomes of construction projects.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Review design drawings and specifications for issues and conflicts.
• Develop and maintain contract document logs and submittal logs.
• Prepare and process subcontracts, POs, and change orders.
