Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects from our team-focused offices. You will oversee contract administration, procurement, cost control, schedule updates, and documentation while coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of construction project engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration activities.
• Review plans, specifications, and owner contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement efforts, vendor pricing, subcontract negotiations, and material deliveries.
• Support budget management, owner billings, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Collaborate with field teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges.
• Help drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Mentor and support Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and interns.
