Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Mid-Atlantic team, focusing on Water and Wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate holds an engineering or construction management degree with at least three years of experience directing and commercial aspects of projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management.
• Three years of experience directing, completing, and financial outcomes of construction projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) scopes and broad construction concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor communication regarding scope, pricing, and schedule.
• Analyze, negotiate, and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract/PO changes.
• Prepare agenda, take notes, and disseminate meeting minutes.
