Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering or construction management.
• Three years of experience in directing, completing and managing financial outcomes of construction projects.
• Experience with coordination among owner, design and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor communication regarding scope, pricing, and schedule.
• Analyze, negotiate, and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract/PO changes.
• Prepare and distribute project documents and logs.
• Review design drawings and specifications for issues.
• Generate and process RFIs and change orders.
• Update and maintain contract document logs and schedules.
