PC Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Mid-Atlantic team, supporting water and wastewater treatment facilities projects. The candidate should hold an engineering or construction management degree and bring at least three years of experience directing and completing construction projects, with strong MEP scope knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum three years of construction project experience.
• Experience with MEP scopes of work and coordination.
• Ability to liaise with owner, design and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Obtain scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Review submittals and design drawings for issues.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor communications.
• Prepare and process subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Prepare agenda and meeting minutes for subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Update design drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals logs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Update project schedule and monitor progress.
• Verify material deliveries against contract requirements.
