Qualifications

• Requires a degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of three years of experience directing, completing and managing the financial outcomes of a construction project.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) scopes and related construction disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and distribute bid packages.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor communications regarding scope, pricing, and schedule.
• Analyze, negotiate, and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and related documents.
• Prepare and maintain project logs and coordination meeting notes.
• Review design drawings and specifications for potential issues.
