Tighe & Bond is seeking a Project Engineer 1 to join the One Water Team in Manchester, NH. You will support planning, design, and construction of wastewater infrastructure, collaborating with experts to deliver resilient water systems across the Northeast.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree and 5+ years of consulting experience, with PE licensure or progress toward it. A hybrid work environment and opportunities for growth are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of consulting engineering experience with increasing responsibility in wastewater.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months.
• Enthusiasm for learning, self-motivation, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with developing drawings, specs, opinions of cost, and reports from planning to construction.
• Engage in design discussions on budget, schedule, and client goals on various project delivery methods.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant deliverables.
• Delegate tasks, mentor staff engineers, and manage priorities to meet milestones.
• Participate in field work, site visits, data collection, and some construction observation.
