Bartlett & West in Texas is seeking a senior professional to develop profitable water and wastewater engineering business in the San Antonio area. The role focuses on business development, project development, and staff management, with strong client engagement and market expansion responsibilities.

You will lead high-level positioning activities, manage projects, and expand client relationships while coordinating with Delivery Leaders and marketing on market strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develops water/wastewater business plan for the Texas office and drives opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities early, meets with clients and assesses go/no go criteria.
• Builds relationships with clients, agencies and partners.
• Leads staff recruitment and manages local engineering teams.
• Oversees project scope, schedule, fees and QA/QC.
• Maintains client records and supports relationship management.
• Mentors project managers and fosters leadership.
