Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in design, staff management and business development.
• Limited travel beyond the geographic boundaries of the office location; 10-15% travel anticipated.

Responsabilités

• Positioning and Client Development: develops water/wastewater business plans and generates opportunities.
• Project oversight and management: manages projects scope, schedule, fees, QA/QC, revenue and close-out.
• Client Maintenance: track and maintain client records and relationships.
• Staff recruitment and management: identify, recruit, hire and retain top talent.
• Mentoring/Coaching & Other Responsibilities: develop and deepen relationships with project managers and senior management.
