Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of design, staff management and business development demonstrated.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Position and develop the Texas water/wastewater business by building relationships with local clients and agencies.
• Manage projects and staff, including scope, schedule, QA/QC, fees, invoicing and close-out.
• Maintain client records and pursue opportunities through CRM; support relationship building with clients and partners.
• Recruit, hire and retain talent; develop local staff in engineering deliverables.
• Mentor and coach project managers and senior staff to strengthen internal capabilities.
