The candidate will build and implement strategies to grow the Texas portfolio, oversee projects, and mentor team members while coordinating with marketing and leadership. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in design, staff management and business development.
• Proven ability to develop profitable water/wastewater projects and manage client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Positioning and client development for the Texas office, including generating opportunities and building relationships.
• Project oversight and management of scope, schedule, fees, QA/QC, revenue and close-out.
• Client maintenance and CRM activity, maintaining records and pursuing opportunities.
• Staff recruitment and management of local engineers and staff.
• Mentoring and coaching of project managers and senior staff.
