Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; professional licensure preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater.
• Registered Professional Engineer or reciprocity acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, scientists, project managers, and staff to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and implement business strategy for the Water/Wastewater Practice.
• Manage client relationships, cross-selling, and new business development.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the team.
