Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Principal for the Water/Wastewater Practice in the Northeast to lead and shape the strategic direction of the practice. This role involves recruiting, mentoring staff, and driving client value across projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage project execution, engage in business development, and oversee QA/QC processes while building strong peer and client relationships. A sign-on bonus and relocation options are available to suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent certification in relevant state
• Must be able to relocate or be willing to relocate to MA, RI, or CT as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers and project staff to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and manage client relationships and cross-sell services to grow the practice.
• Oversee project development, scope, budget, schedule, QA/QC, and risk management for water/wastewater projects
