Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required.
• 15+ years of wastewater experience with proven leadership and project delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, scientists, and project staff across wastewater projects.
• Drive business development, cultivate client relationships, and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee project initiation, execution, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Represent the company in client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.
