Job summary

Conrad Consulting in Richmond is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will mentor junior engineers, manage client relationships, and collaborate with a growing Water team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, or wastewater collection systems.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Support business development and help grow the Water team.
