Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and design.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience, including managing municipal and utility projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong expertise in design, planning, and construction of water/wastewater systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water/wastewater projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide technical direction to project teams with high design and quality standards.
• Manage municipal and utility client relationships to ensure long-term contracts and project success.
• Mentor staff and support technical and professional growth.
• Participate in proposals and scoping activities to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, cost management, and resource allocation for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and planners in a team-oriented environment.
