Job summary

Conrad Consulting in Richmond is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will mentor junior engineers, manage client relationships, and collaborate with a growing Water team.

The role offers a hybrid work setup, a competitive salary of $140,000–$170,000 plus bonus and ESOP, and generous PTO. You should bring a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a PE license, and 8+ years of relevant

• 8+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, or wastewater collection systems.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
