Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus five years' experience in water or wastewater plant operations/maintenance.
• Two years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Valid Texas Class “C” Driver’s License by date of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate water or wastewater plant operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Inspect and monitor treatment plant operations through all stages of the process.
• Supervise staff and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and implement preventive maintenance; ensure standby equipment availability.
