City of El Paso is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a crew in water and wastewater treatment plant operations. You will oversee shift activities, ensure compliance with state and federal permits, and maintain equipment and records.

Responsibilities include monitoring SCADA processes, calibrating equipment, performing preventative maintenance, coordinating staff training, and ensuring safe, reliable plant performance.

Formación

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and 4 years water/wastewater experience.
• Must hold valid Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
• Must hold Class B Water/Wastewater license at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shift activities of crew in water/wastewater plant operations.
• Monitor SCADA processes and ensure compliance with permits and quality regs.
• Calibrate laboratory and process equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Train and coordinate staff; maintain logs and reports on operations.
