The role includes hands-on field work, coordination with contractors, and a focus on safety and asset protection.

CDL is preferred; OSHA training is valued. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and reading/interpretation of plans is essential for successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• CDL license preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and maintenance of collection systems, force mains, lift stations, treatment facilities, and distribution systems.
• Ensure contractors comply with company standards, contract requirements, and approved design documents.
• Monitor contractor performance to protect system reliability and asset lifespan.
• Ensure environmental permits, discharge requirements, and regulatory approvals are met.
• Minimize construction disruptions that could lead to revenue loss or service interruptions.
• Coordinate field inspections and testing of wastewater assets; support startups and commissioning.
