Job summary

Aqua America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Team Leader for the White Haven Division to supervise plant and field operations, manage staffing, safety, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee water and wastewater facilities, coordinate with engineering, and drive operational excellence while ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable service for customers in the White Haven area.

Qualifications

• Experience in water/wastewater operations and supervision.
• PA DEP Water and Wastewater Operator certifications; must be obtained within 48 months of hire.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility operators, seasonal employees, and contractors with emphasis on safety and performance.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and regular staff meetings for updates and improvements.
• Manage work orders, track status, and ensure timely closeout.
• Oversee safety policies, facility inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop training programs and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering and other groups to meet workload and budgets.
