Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of water and wastewater operations, maintenance, and contract management.
• Develop and execute operational strategies, goals, and continuous improvement.

• Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Drive business growth through contract renewals, scope expansions, and new opportunities.
• Oversee project budgets, financial performance, invoicing, and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support capital improvement planning and long-term infrastructure initiatives.
