Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead operations across water and wastewater facilities and pump stations in Winder, GA. The role focuses on maintaining critical equipment, optimizing processes, and driving reliability in a hands-on environment.

You will mentor staff, plan preventive and corrective work, and ensure safety and efficiency while coordinating with plant leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial/utility settings.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiar with CMMS and maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Prioritize and coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve mechanical reliability and optimize systems.
• Implement and enhance maintenance programs, including CMMS/work order systems.
• Allocate resources effectively and support training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to performance management, including evaluations and staffing recommendations.
