Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple projects within an assigned area in Willows, CA. The role ensures efficient operations, contract negotiations, and client retention while maintaining compliance with SOPs, DOT, OSHA, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in water/wastewater facility operations, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience operating a water or wastewater facility.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to obtain appropriate water or wastewater certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to interpret analytical results.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements project goals, strategies, and SOPs.
• Leads contract negotiations, renewals, and client retention efforts.
• Monitors financial performance and purchasing for projects in the area.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance, and development of teams.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT/OSHA compliance, and safety training are followed.
• Interacts with regulators and clients to discuss facility operations and capital projects.
