Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater facility operation or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain appropriate water/wastewater certification based on facility managed.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements project goals, strategies, and SOPs.
• Manages new business development activities and contract negotiations, renewals, and scope expansions.
• Maintains contract compliance and account management; assists with client retention plans and new contacts.
• Reviews and monitors financial performance of all projects; tracks purchasing.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
