Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to serve as the overall technical leader for water and wastewater projects, delivering compliant and timely solutions. The role partners with project management to guide technical teams, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will lead QA/QC, coordinate with customers, and drive scope expansion opportunities while adhering to Inframark standards and codes. Regular travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree required.
• 10+ years of automation and field service experience.
• 5 years of leadership in municipal water & wastewater projects.
• Strong communication and proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with project reviews as required.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure viable, accurate solutions.
• Coordinate with contractor and project team, scheduling, and problem resolution.
• Lead QA/QC activities during key project phases (FAT, SAT) to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with field service, sales and estimating teams as needed.
• Travel up to 25% for office visits, site meetings and reviews.
