Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to serve as the technical leader for water and wastewater projects of varying complexity, ensuring accurate delivery of technical solutions in line with customer requirements and Inframark standards.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and works with Project Managers, Execution resources, Field Managers, and regional leadership to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering or electrical degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in the automation industry and field service; 5 years in municipal Water & Wastewater.
• Proven leadership and progressive project management responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams constructively.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with project reviews and communication of project health.
• Lead conversations with customers to ensure the solution meets requirements and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Lead QA/QC activities and oversee testing (FAT, SAT) to meet requirements before handoff.
• Monitor project risks and manage them with the project manager.
• Collaborate with field service and other resources to ensure timely project delivery and scope alignment.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits, meetings, and audits.
