Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Water/Wastewater Treatment Operations Manager in Moultrie, GA to oversee daily plant operations and maintenance for water and wastewater facilities. The role requires leadership of a technical team, ensuring SOP adherence, safety compliance, and performance management across shifts.

The candidate will manage budgets, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, interfacing with account managers and maintenance crews.

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field; 5–7 years water/wastewater experience; two years supervisory experience.
Licenses: Valid Driver's License; Water/Wastewater Operator's License per state/site requirements; CDL preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of OSHA, DOT regulations, and SOPs; regulatory documentation experience.
Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork; promotes diversity and accountability.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

Leads operators; handles hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, pay changes, promotions, training, and terminations.
Ensures SOPs, OSHA, DOT compliance; maintains regulatory standards.
Communicates with account managers about ongoing operations weekly.
Conducts site visits; coordinates maintenance with the team.
Oversees maintenance of trucks/equipment; participates in capital budgeting.
Creates and manages the operational budget; prepares monthly reports.
Assesses performance and drives continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
