Qualifications

• 10+ years of A/E/C industry experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or similar field.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in approaching work.
• Team player with a positive attitude and client-service mindset.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and convey technical information.

Responsibilities

• Catalyze growth of Kimley-Horn's Water/Wastewater practice.
• Assist in client identification, relationship building, pursuit, and proposal strategy.
• Support business development to capture profitable new work.
• Research opportunities and help develop market strategy.
• Represent Kimley-Horn at networking events and organizations.
• Collaborate with project managers on market forecasts and opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional Marketing for project support.
• Position the firm for current and future market opportunities.
• Lead/assist on marketing for proposals, presentations, and win-work activities.
• Coordinate regional conferences and manage time-sensitive deadlines.
