Garney is seeking an Estimator to join our estimating team in a full-time salaried role with ESOP and full benefits. The ideal candidate will have estimating experience in water, wastewater, or industrial markets and be capable of handling multiple projects and complex takeoffs.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates, reviewing documents, and providing input on value engineering, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration with field operations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and understanding specifications.
• Ability to review take-off quantities for data accuracy.
• Motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills in collaborative environments.

• Preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Review project documents, plans, specs, and addenda thoroughly.
• Analyze and compile estimate data affecting labor, materials, equipment, location, and other factors.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
