Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Must be able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to review take-off quantities for data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
• Review project documents, plans, specs, and addenda accurately.
• Analyze data affecting labor, materials, equipment, location and other factors.
