Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited undergraduate Civil or Environmental Engineering program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with professional interaction.
• Willingness to learn in a flexible, cross-disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and work outdoors, including at treatment facilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of water and sewer pipeline plans, profiles, and construction details.
• Use AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, and related software to prepare drawings, layouts, and estimates.
• Support hydraulic modeling and capacity analyses for water distribution and wastewater systems.
• Help prepare permit applications, specifications, and design reports for agencies.
• Develop understanding of client interests and address concerns in project work.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project progress.
• Travel to project sites to gather field data and interface with clients and staff.
