Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our NTX/OK/AR team. You will plan, direct and monitor complex water and wastewater design projects, coordinating with staff and clients to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. HDR offers an employee-owned culture with opportunities to impact water infrastructure and public health on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor pump station, pipeline, drinking water and wastewater design projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate staffing and workload.
• Engage with clients and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed.
• Ensure code compliance with regulatory reviews.
