Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, environmental emphasis preferred.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater infrastructure design (plants, pipelines, pumping stations).
• Ability to manage engineering design tasks independently.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design new and rehabilitation projects for water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping stations.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary designs using Bluebeam and coordinate with AutoCAD and Revit platforms.
• Review and plan water and wastewater infrastructure improvements.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices focused on water and energy conservation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to develop project proposals, pricing, and engineering solutions.
• Support design-build projects and coordinate directly with construction teams.
• Take ownership of engineering design tasks and make sound technical decisions.
• Coordinate with project teams, peers, and management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in client and agency meetings to support project coordination and professional development.
• Prepare clear, accurate technical documentation and reports.
