Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Experience in wastewater treatment plant design and operation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
