Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Engineer III to join our Water/Wastewater team in Houston, TX. This role offers hands-on design work on complex facilities and rapid growth opportunities.

You will perform detailed design, collaborate with senior engineers, and support construction-phase activities. A PE license is preferred but not required, and candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 4–6+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• PE license preferred but not required; licensure pursued encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review engineering work products meeting client requirements.
• Support design of water and wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to specify treatment equipment.
• Evaluate design alternatives to improve constructability, performance, cost.
• Consult with construction personnel on constructability and field conditions.
• Support construction-phase services, including reviews of submittals, schedules, and costs.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and proposal sections.
• Assist Project Managers during design and construction phases.
• Provide technical guidance to Engineers I & II, designers, and CAD staff.
• Ensure QA/QC reviews are completed for assigned work.
