Job summary

The City of Lewisville is seeking a ULM Crew Chief to lead field crews in water distribution and wastewater collection maintenance. You will supervise, train, and coordinate daily activities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with City standards.

You will manage documentation, coordinate with inspectors and internal departments, and participate in on-call emergency responses. A strong track record in utility maintenance, leadership, and regulatory adherence is essential for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, with three years’ water or wastewater utility maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Must hold Texas CDL Class A with N endorsement, Class C Water license, and Wastewater Collections I license; Wastewater Collections II within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and oversees daily water and wastewater maintenance work.
